Our Heldesk office hours are 0700 - 1930 on weekdays and 0700 - 1300 on Saturdays and Bank Holidays. If you need us urgently outside those hours, call the usual number and your details will be passed to our on-call analyst.
During office hours, it is our policy to treat emails to the CNS Helpdesk with the same priority as phone calls.
